Waldweg gegenueber-Woods across the street

Ich habe Glueck das genau gegenueber unserem Haus ein schoener Weg in den Wald fuehrt den ich fast taeglich mit den Hunden laufe.In den 5 Jahren in denen wir hier wohnten ist mir etwa 3 mal jemand begegnet beim Laufen, ansonsten ist man immer allein dort mit sich und Gott und den Hunden.Dieser Weg ist mir sehr vertraut.Ich kenne jede Steigung, Biegung und jeden Stein.Er ist mein treuer Begleiter gewesen bei unzaehligen Gebeten, Gehadere und Verlorenheit. Die Hunde lieben den Bach in dem sie schwimmen und sich erfrischen wenn es heiss ist.Leider hat es dort viele Zecken und man muss sich anschliessend danach absuchen.

I am lucky to have a beautiful trail leading into the woods right across the street from my house which I walk my dogs on almost daily. In the 5 years we have lived here I met other people only about 3 times.Usually I am always walking there alone or with my sister but no other people in sight.It's nice to be alone with oneself, God and the dogs.This trail is now very familiar to me.I know every bend, every hill and rock.It is my loyal companion through life's hardships and has seen me cry, pray and feeling lost.The dogs love the creek to swim in and get refreshed when it is hot.Unfortunately it holds a lot of ticks and after each walk one has to look for them to get them off in case they are crawling on you.
